Please Vote YES on HB 1351 Dear Representative,
I am your constituent and a member of 9to5, National Association of Working Women. I am writing to urge you to vote YES on HB 1351.
Payday lenders should have the same interest cap as any other creditor in Colorado - 36%! It is outrageous to allow creditors to have a 300-500% interest rate, especially when most of their customers are low-income to begin with. Consumers of these products end up in a huge debt trap and end up paying hundreds or even thousands in fees for a few hundred dollar loan.
We all deserve better than this. Please support HB 1351 to stop predatory loans! Your name and address here
